St. Andrew’s Nursing Home – Shaping Spaces for 2035

We partnered with St. Andrew’s Nursing Home in Queenstown [SANH(Q)], a non-profit organisation in Singapore, to co-create a half-day workshop with 20 participants. The aim was to re-imagine the future of eldercare spaces by helping staff, families, volunteers and community members move from personal perceptions to informed design decisions.

Through activities such as Space Stories, Appreciative Inquiry and Creative Challenges, participants explored what makes spaces feel welcoming, dignified and supportive. They reflected on social, technological and environmental trends shaping eldercare in 2035.

Deliverables included actionable design briefs, stakeholder storyboards and spatial insights that captured the collective vision for SANH(Q)’s future. These outputs provided a roadmap for how spaces should look, feel and function to meet evolving needs.

This project reflects our strength in shifting subjective perceptions into informed decisions, ensuring every voice contributed to a shared design vision.
